Wants Wheatstone to sign an agreement to join him in the enterprise or to sign up to leave Cooke exclusive rights to the telegraph between London and Windsor. Still hopes that Wheatstone will join him in what he is sure will be a profitable exercise, and wants Wheatstone's £200 before the first of January.
