This East Midlands Electricity Board (EMEB) document, published in January 1964 is titled, 'specification for high voltage overhead lines of heavy unearthed construction on wood poles for line voltages up to and including 11kV' - it has not been given a specific EMEB reference. The document has been produced by the Chief Engineer's Department, Board Headquarters, Mapperley Hall, Nottingham and comprises a 10 page introduction followed by several appendices, one of which includes numerous technical drawings. The document has also been given a Ministry of Power reference which is EL82/21/6 EMEB/33/11H/1964
