Scope and Content
The East Midland Centre was created in 1946 (previously it had been called the East Midland Sub-Centre). The East Midland Sub-Centre was created in 1919 as a spin-off of the South Midland Centre.
This series contains minutes for committee and ordinary meetings, AGMs and district meetings, Power, Electronics and Education Training Section minutes, and Graduate & Student Section minutes. Also a history of the Centre written for the Diamond Jubilee in 1980.
