Letter from F H Webb to Alexander Siemens, dated 28 May 1895. The letter was found in the volume titled, 'extracts from the private letters of the late Sir William Fothergill Cooke 1836-39 relating to the invention and development of the electric telegraph; also a memoir by Latimer Clark', edited by F H Webb, Secretary of the IEE (IET book reference IET/RB/8vo/18). The letter to Alexander Siemens was written on IEE headed paper and says; "Dear Sir, "Cooke's Letters (Extracts)". I have now the pleasure of forwarding to you, as one of the guarantors, a special copy of this publication. I remain dear Sir, yous faithfully, F H Webb."
