- Scope and ContentTen A3 photocopied typed sheets folded in half from the Public Records Office ref. AV1A 10/348 and XC/A 4182. The sheets are titled ‘Folder 32, Comments on Radio Narrative’ and contain ‘Comments on the History of Radio and Radar, by Mr. A.P. Rowe, 2.10.47’. The last para of General Comment Section reads ‘There were some who wrote and preserved a good deal of material, while others wrote very little. My impression is that Sir Henry Tizzard is an example of the latter. I was somewhere in between the two, but when on leaving T.R.E. I gave my Secretary some carefully preserved and key documents to send to me at the Admiralty, she destroyed them as secret waste’.
