This volume contains the full inquiry proceedings (with index) for the second part of the inquiry before the Electricity Commisioners into an application by the Managing Committee of the South Eastern & Chatham Railway for consent to the establishment of a generating station at Angerstein's Wharf, Charlton and an application by the West Kent Electric Company Limited for consent to the establishment of a generating station at Belvedere.
