This volume contains the full inquiry proceedings (with index) for the inquiry before the Electricity Commisioners into an application by the Managing Committee of the South Eastern & Chatham Railway for consent to the establishment of a generating station at Angerstein's Wharf, Charlton and an application by the West Kent Electric Company Limited for consent to the establishment of a generating station at Belvedere.
