At the top on the first page is handwritten ‘No 160 for E&V reference’ dated approx. 1923. There is an extract on page 3 regarding a lecture given forty years earlier in 1883 by Lord Kelvin at the Institution of Civil Engineers. E&V is named on page 31. Diamond number 160.
