The cuttings are from The Times of India, Modern Transport, and The Evening News of India, published in January and February 1928; Page 11 from the Bombay, Baroda & Central India Railway Magazine, showing caracatures of notable figures at the opening ceremony; Programme and invitations to the opening ceremony; Photographs of the 1st trial train at Andheri, the opening ceremony, an electric train, photographs used in the marketing brochure, transmission towers and overhead lines at Santa Cruz, the coaches and bogies at the builder Cammell Laird in England, substations (including Bandra and Kandivli), structures, trains and offices on the line, driver's compartments, car sheds, wagons, control panels and electrical equipment.
