Scope and Content
Small 1" section of electric supply cable, encased in circular metal [brass?] casing with glass cover. Engraved on metal casing are the words: '25 [degree] 10Kv Ferranti Main Deptford - London (1890 - 1933) London Electricity Board'. This was part of the cable that transmitted electricity supply from Deptford Power Station to Central London.
