Scope and Content
Perspex paperweight containing a Royal Mail 22 pence stamp on which is written 'Faraday - Electricity'. The perspex has been inscribed, 'presented by David A Jones, President IEE, 1990-1991'. The stamp was issued by the Royal Mail 5 March 1991 as part of a set of scientific achievements stamps (the other stamps in this issue were; Babbage - computer; Watson-Watt - radar; and Whittle - jet engine).
