Correspondence, minutes and reports relating to Resident Engineers Meetings. Resident Engineers were appointed to each undertaking and were responsible for all commercial and engineering activities and so a wide range of activities was discussed at these meetings. They were attended by all Resident Engineers and the Chief Engineer. An index to the minutes has been added to the front of the file
