Correspondence, notes and papers concerning a visit by Coales and Professor Matthew Seaman to India in November/December 1990. The purpose of the visit was to deliver lectures on creative management and was funded by the British Council. Includes information on lectures and background papers. Also includes reports and newsletters from the Science Policy Support Group. It appears that the planned visit was cancelled, probably due to the outbreak of the Gulf War at the end of 1990. A further visit was planned for the beginning of 1991 (see 168/2/1/27).
