Sorry to hear of the death of Dr Davy. Understood that Fahie wanted the Society to make any recognition of Davy's work so that it could be used in petition to the Government for some pecuniary grant. Received letters from Mr Eaton, comments on award of Fahie Premium, and forwarding advance proofs so that Fahie can contribute to the discussion of papers.
