Als to Preece, written at Charlottenburg. Slaby is not able to do any work over the winter, but is going to start new experiments near Potsdam on the Havel. He is disappointed that Marconi has not made good progress, and is up against Lodge and Thompson. He also praises the Emperor [Wilhelm II].
