Als to Preece, written at Charlottenburg, sending Preece an account of his experiments with Marconi's telegraphy. The Emperor [Wilhelm II] is very impressed and wants Slaby to carry out more experiments. Siemens and Halske are negotiating for a license for Marconi's patents in Germany.
