Written from 67 Talbot Road, Westbourne Park, and marked Private, stating that he will continue his experiments at Salisbury in light of the POs attitude to his going to Dover, and detailing the staff he has to assist him, a Captain Baden Powell and Captain Kennedy and a Mr Bradfield. Concerned that the interest in the experiments at Dover will harm his reputation as they are not including modifications which he recommended to the equipment, and he will have to go public on this if the experiments are not successful in order to protect his own reputation.
