A.l.s. to W H Preece from Oliver Lodge, written at Mariemont, Edgbaston. Refers to Preece's suggestion that Lodge meet with Issacs (Marconi Co.). Lodge is unsure, as "They [the Marconi Co.] have quite naturally and simply in the development of Tuning been infringeing [sic] my bottom Tuning patent for years and, as we were told by the Judge, we ought to have attacked them long ago." Also mentions other projects of the Lodge-Muirhead Syndicate.
