Autograph letter dated from SS Celtic sailing for New York, sailing delayed by bad weather and fog, so plenty of time for reading and chess, mainly playing with Sir Horace Plunkett, who established Technical education in Ireland and who is chairman of various colliery companies in Durham. Other passengers include a Japanese delegation which has been in London negotiating the Japanese loan and some Americans and Canadians.
