Scope and Content
Divisions replaced Sections (IET/DEP/10) in 1962, becoming Professional Networks in 2001 and then Technical & Professional Networks in 2006. The IEE had a number of different divisions, each one focussing on a specific technical area - they are Power, Control and Automation, Electronics, Science, Education and Management, and Manufacturing.
This series Includes 'Regulations for the Divisions' booklets 1966-1983, and blank certificates used for awarding premiums by each division.
There are posters advertising Divisional meetings 1979-1980 at catalogue reference IET/DEP/02/16.
Events organised by the divisions including lectures, meetings, colloquia and summer schools can be found in the IET/EVE series.
