Scope and Content
This box contains material relating to Ronalds' work for 'Sketches at Carnac' which he published with Dr Alexander Blair in 1836, and also a collection of notes on electricity, the bulk of which relate to atmospheric electricity. Ronalds' notes on atmospheric electricity appear to have been taken from published sources and are not Ronalds' own experimental notes. The notes include translations of German work on atmospheric electricity. All the notes are undated.
